Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, La Croix is sourced from vineyards both on and around the historic Peyrassol estate, allowing for a broader Mediterranean influence within the IGP Méditerranée designation. The 2024 vintage benefited from dry, sunny conditions tempered by cool nights, preserving vibrancy and freshness in the fruit. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, the wine undergoes gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation to enhance its aromatics and maintain purity. This rosé shows expressive red fruit tones balanced by a subtle mineral backbone and a light, floral lift.
