How do you ensure the quality of the wine during shipping?

We use temperature-controlled packaging and monitor weather conditions along the shipping route. If temperatures are too extreme, we may hold your order until conditions are safe for transit.

Do I need to be home to receive my wine delivery?

Yes, an adult signature (21+) is federally required for all alcohol deliveries. The carrier will not leave the package at the door without a signature and valid ID.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer replacements or store credit for verified quality issues.

Which states do you currently ship to?

Can I pick up my order in person at the shop?
