2025 Brooks Winery Pinot Blanc, Willamette Valley, Oregon

ABOUT THE WINE

Crafted from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards across Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this Pinot Blanc reflects Brooks Winery’s commitment to terroir-driven, elegant white wines. The 2025 vintage offers exceptional freshness and balance, shaped by cool evenings and moderate growing conditions that preserved acidity while allowing full flavor development.

The wine opens with aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers, and citrus peel, followed by layered notes of pear, green apple, peach, and subtle mineral tones on the palate. Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak preserves purity while adding gentle texture and depth. Lees aging contributes a soft, rounded mouthfeel without overshadowing the wine’s vibrant energy.

Known for producing expressive Rieslings and nuanced white wines, Brooks applies a restrained winemaking philosophy that emphasizes transparency and precision. This Pinot Blanc is approachable in its youth yet structured enough to develop additional complexity over the next several years.

An exceptionally versatile food wine, it pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, oysters, roast chicken, spring vegetables, creamy pasta dishes, and soft cheeses. Its bright acidity and delicate texture also make it an excellent aperitif.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Founded in the heart of Oregon wine country, Brooks Winery has become one of the Willamette Valley’s most respected producers of Riesling, Pinot Noir, and aromatic white wines. Today, Brooks Winery farms with certified biodynamic and organic practices, emphasizing vineyard health, biodiversity, and long-term environmental stewardship. Their wines are known for purity, energy, and a seamless expression of Oregon’s cool-climate character. By combining thoughtful farming with gentle cellar techniques, Brooks continues to craft wines that honor both tradition and innovation while remaining deeply connected to the Willamette Valley landscape.
