The site’s sandy, calcareous soils and high elevation contribute to the wine’s hallmark precision and lift.
Fermentation is done in open-top French oak using native yeasts, with a short maceration to preserve finesse. The wine is then aged in used barriques for 24 months. Aromatically complex, Arborina shows notes of tart cherry, raspberry, crushed herbs, tobacco leaf, and rosebud, with a mineral streak and refined tannins that carry through a long, graceful finish.
